please help! i keep absentmindedly touching my face i think it's causing acne but i can't stop. any tips?

You can't stop: Everybody touches their face. It contributes a little to acne, and blamer-types will trouble you over this. Your acne is actually caused by who you are and how your body is working at this time in your life. Start with topical benzoyl peroxide 5% 2x/day and if you're not clear in two weeks, phone your personal physician. Best wishes.
