Can you clarify?: If you're a female with acne and masculine-type hair on your face, you probably want a good endocrine workup -- a hormonal problem probably underlies your acne. This kind of things is more than a cosmetic problem. If you're a man trying to grow a beard while you're being treated for acne, there won't be a problem though benzoyl peroxide might bleach your facial hair a bit.
