is it possible for the honey remedy for natural mole remover to work?

No: It didn't work, did it? And it won't. Sometimes messing with a mole excites immunity; usually it doesn't. I'm sorry. A person who writes something like this on the internet may simply be fantasy-prone or doing this as a prank. Why not keep the "mole" -- or if it's worrisome for melanoma, have your physician see it and remove it properly.
