Be honest : Let your new dc know you feel lousy. Adrenal replacement therapy with steroids is based on how you feel in part. Make sure your dose is correct, you know what to do if you are ill, and you have stress dosing (injectable) in case of severe illness or emergency. For testosterone make sure you are on the best regimen and dose for you. And have your thyroid labs and safety labs for testosterone check.
