what are all the causes of head pain on left side of head when looking left, & head pain on right side of head when looking right? 1 month having it

Hard to say: This is difficult to say. It seems very related to motion and the direction you are turning your head. Are you also having neck pain and neck stiffness? This can lead to neck spasms. The muscles of the neck are attached to the side of the head and can lead to the sensation of tightness (ie. Pain) when you turn the head as it exacerbates the spasms of these muscles. A hot water bottle may help.
