Could be any of the: Following: 1: skin tissue elements: like a simple cyst, sebaceous cyst, fatty tumor, nerve tissue tumor, etc; 2: deeper soft tissues: pulled muscle, tendon, ligament injuries with associated collection of blood/tissue fluid, etc; 3: bony structures: bone cysts, tumors, healing fx ; 4: nerve elements from the underlying spine itself; see pcp or an orthopod to get DX and treated. Good luck.
