Not sure: First, I do not know what a vmo answer is. But i did review the t25 program. Exercise plans that are weight bearing on the knees will stress the knee at some point. If you can do the program outside the knee program and then modify the knee program where you can do it in a shallow pool you will significantly reduce the stress on your knees as the gravitational effect will be markedly reduced.
