One can if u: Have a corpus luteum cyst, which u can have in the first trimester, please call your OB because a scan can be done to make sure you have an iup with a corpus luteum cyst if u have pain on one side must make sure u do not have an ectopic.

Not likely: Not likely. However if you are having pain near your ovary and there is the chance you are pregnant, then you need to take a pregnancy test. If you are pregnant then you need to be seen immediately, as this could be a tubal pregnancy.
