UTI and menses: A bladder infection (UTI) involves a bacterial infection of the urinary bladder and has no influence on one's menstrual cycle. If you are concerned about your cycle, do a pregnancy test and if negative, see your gynecologist. Good luck.

A simple urinary : track infection is not likely to delay a period. However, it there were complications that led one to be quite ill (stressing the body) that might have impact.
