O = Ovulation: An OPK is an ovulation predictor kit, which is not a pregnancy test. All this test does is tell a woman that she has released an egg and in doing so has the potential to become pregnant if there is an available sperm and an inhabitable ground in which to implant a zygote. 6 opks don't = a pregnancy, nor would 1000 opks, unfortunately.
