i've had like 3 series of botox, i still haven't seen much help if any at all , my head turns to the right , what could be wrong ?

Perhaps you have: Spasmodic torticollis, which if indeed present should respond to Botox if appropriate muscles were injected. Suggest a second opinion with a movement disorder specialty neurologist.

Occipital neuralgia: If it onesided pain it could be an occipital neuralgia, see your neurologist, mention it o him and ask to palpate occipital area in he proximity of the neve.
