what antibiotics work for helicobacter pylori infection?

Various: Confirmed h pylori infections traditionally requires triple therapy. 2 abx and an antacid. These abx are tetracycline, amoxillin, metronidazole, macrolides. There are various combinations to these so ask your healthcare provider.

Several do: Metronidazole and Clarithromycin taken with a proton pump inhibitor to decrease acid . Some treatments add yet a 3rd antibiotic.
