Depends: If you have something to cry about, time will help. If you are crying for no reason, it strongly suggests that your emotional mechanisms are overactive. Mindfulness : Think: "where the eye goes, your car will follow." true- huh? Now: "where our mind (thoughts) go, our emotions feelings ( happy, sad, blah, etc.) will go too! I use technology or whatever is at hand... Tv, cartoons, pictures, comedy... Try it !
