why am i having upper right abdominal pain and right lower back pain?

Check your kidneys: Abdominal pain with lower back pain can be caused by problems in the kidneys. Consider kidney stones, etc. Also, right upper quadrant pain can be associated with liver/gallbladder issues. I some instances, it can be an intestinal problem, or an ulcer. If the pain is severe, please have it checked out, as these are just some of the possibilities.
