Diflucan-toe candida 2.5wks.nail avulsion. looked healthy til mon;now 2 new small abscesses.md said other choice was terbinafine. is diflucan (fluconazole) working?

Disagree: The abscesses are from bacterial infection, Diflucan (fluconazole) and terbinafine are both antifungal meds. After nail avulsion procedures, recommend soaking at this time. If continues to get worse, see a podiatrist (specialist), you may need antibiotics and not antifungal meds.
