hi dr, i missed my periods last month ..now checked with pregnancy kit got positive and visited doctor done scanning but result shown nothing ?

May be too soon: Often scans are not done prior to 7 weeks after the last period to give time for the embryo to show up on the scan. I would give it at least several more weeks.
