Possibly: You certainly need to see your psychiatrist again, to assess where you are right now. Lamotrigine may help, or you may also need additional treatments to get out of the hole you're in at the moment. Other medications are available too -- but you do need to take them to experience positive results. Please see your psychiatrist as soon as you can.
