A 60-year-old male asked:
Is it ever really possible to visit a doctor's office for an appointment without being too anxious (vs. a nice easy going dinner with a good friend)?

Hard to compare: Few things can compare to such a high target! how about an auto tune-up? A meeting with your accountant? A furnace inspection? Concern that there could be something wrong at y(our) age is hard to dismiss - especially if anything hurts at all. But, you can feel good that you're getting a jump start on anything wrong. Lots of good health is up to you. Eating, resting, exercising, habits, stress, etc.
