Wait for tests: If the tests are still negative find a physical therapist who can evaluate you to see if the epley maneuver will help the vertigo.

Common things : You have clean mris and cts as recently as six months ago. Tumors that could affect the vestibular nerves and produce vertigo typically do not grow significantly in a six month period. Common things being common, vertigo is more likely caused by benign conditions, such a viral illness, medication-related issues. Check with your doctor, ask for treatment with medications and see if that will help.
