Hallucinations: Hallucinations and delusions often accompany major depressive disorder (mdd) or depression associated with bipolar disorder(bd). Good news is hallucinations associated with mdd or bd are relatively easy to treat and patient usually have great response to medications. I would recommend seeing your mental health professional for a more specific answer to your situation.

Are you fulfilled?: Do u like your job? Do u have good friends? What about exercise or hobbies? Do u give ; receive love? How old do u feel? What would u like to change in ur life or urself? Try volunteering somewhere -- seeing what other people worry about can make u feel better about urself. There's no one answer for everyone. Psychotherapy can be a good way to find out what's really at the core of ur depression.
