Most adults do ok w: 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Since you are getting 9.5 to 11 hours per night, that is not the problem. So there is a problem with your quality of sleep. Recommend medical eval to assess further. In the meantime, use good sleep hygiene. Retire ; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark ; cool ; use only for sex ; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No.

Many things: Many different health problems can make you feel fatigued with no energy all day. Common causes are thyroid dysfunction, sleep apnea and depression. Has anyone ever witnessed you snoring or stop breathing when you sleep? It is best to see a doctor for a proper history and physical exam.
