I have pigmentary dispersion syndrome and iop is controlled with xalatan, (latanoprost) 30 male. does driving fast in a car worsen iris pigmentation? thank you.

No: I don't think so. Sometimes strenuous activity can cause release of some of the pigment in the iris but i wouldn't expect driving to. Unless you're talking about racing cars.
