hi, lacked of water can bring on dizziness , how about food indigestion ? my mother felt dizzy after eating sometimes. thanks.

Could be: When you eat, blood flow increases to the stomach to digest the food. If your mother is dehydrated, the lack of fluids would reduce blood flow to her brain and cause dizziness.
