A red mark has appeared on my lower leg. There isn't any lump underneath it, and it doesn't hurt. Any ideas what it could be?

Eczema: Among others. Does it itch? Is it seasonal? Ok to watch it for now. An early skin infection- fungal or bacterial is another possibility. Please make sure you mention it to your doc at next well visit.
