i'm taking milk thistle in belief that it helps the liver. i've no prior condition but what can i use to supplement the health of the liver?

Many things: At least as important as what you take is what you avoid- minimize exposure to alcohol, drugs (both pharmaceutical and recreational) and environmental toxins.
