i have red spots all over my legs and hands. it is not itching or burning. what can it be?

Some possibilities..: Rashes are difficult to describe in words. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can examine red spots rash to see what they might be. Sometimes rashes are related to medications, but many times they are not. For unusual rashes, a skin biopsy may be done by a dermatologist. Other causes include viral infections, allergies (usually itch), autoimmune reactions, chemical irritants, etc...

See a Dermatologist: Best thing would be to see a dermatologist when this reaction happens. Especially when the small, inflamed red sore is most prevalent.
