i noticed pale yellow color under eye lids. was in er 2 weeks ago for ulcer n routine blood wk was done, all normal. wat cud this b. shud i go to er?

Xanthelasma: Probably cholesterol-like deposits. They can be removed surgically if they bother you enough.

Meibomian glands: These are the normal eyelid glands. When inflammed or obstructed they can ulcerate or swell ; be more visible. This requires rx if causing symptoms.
