Have cysts that are dermoid cysts in ovaries, what are the dangers of these cysts and can they become cancerous and how do they develop?

Dermoid: They can grow very large, then rupture or torse. They are benign tumors (mature teratoma, ) they are not cancerous but complications are still possible if untreated. There is no short answer to how they develop, surgery is always the correct treatment.
