age 46 pre menopausal. bulky uterus. myometrium thick and corase. endometrium 14mm. ovaries are normal. no adxenal mass. what is the issue?

is there bleeding?: The normal endometrium is about 5mm thick., i assume this is from ultrasound. Mri can see the junctional zone anatomy better. Ask your doctor if they think you could have endometrial thickening or adenomyosis.
