i finally found an ent doc an hour away that does in office turbinate reductions. will there be pain, downtime, or swelling? how long will this last?

Yes X3: Speak with the surgeon about expected post op progress. There will be pain, probable swelling, and you'll have some recovery time. How long is variable, but the ENT surgeon will be able to give you an estimate recovery time. Good luck.
