is it normal to have a swollen eye and nose after getting a bruised forehead ?

Not really: You need to see an eyemd right away to see if you have injured your eye as well. Sometimes broken bones around the eye will show this pattern.

Yes: After any trauma above the eyebrows including surgery, cosmetic injections or a simple "bang to the forehead", swelling may occur lower in the eyes and nose area. This is caused by gravity and the thinner skin in these areas. In addition to the swelling, the skin around the eyes may turn yellow/black or the classic black and blue.
