Yes, problems: Mdma (also known as "molly" and "ecstasy") can deplete your brain of serotonin no matter when you use it. Mdma causes a huge surge of serotonin, dopamine, and Epinephrine acutely -- but the serotonin depletion lasts longer. Effects include long-lasting confusion, depression, and problems with attention ; memory. Acutely of course you risk panic, paranoia, mi ; stroke like with other stimulants.
