See your doctor: Vertigo implies inner ear problem, malaise is very non-specific, thigh weakness is usually a generalized weakness, and constant twitches can be due to calcium/vitamin d insufficiency. There may be a common thread, but much more information is needed to pinpoint the problem or problems.
