def sleep problem: While your symptoms could mean a lot of different things, a primary sleep disorder is certainlyone of the problems. Insomnia can contribute to all complaints and is very common with anxiety and depression. They both feed into each other. Find a sleep specialist in your area that works with similar patients to use sleep program like cognitive behavioral therapy to treat.
