depends: It is important to go to your doctor.
These abdominal pains/cramps with alternating feces could be many things. It could be a symptom of ibs/irritable bowel syndrome, bacterial overgrowth, a parasite, colon cancer or an inflammatory bowel disease like crohns disease. Go to doc.
