right nipple and center of breast hurts really bad, no lumps but it feels swollen and firm. left breast is normal. i'm 17 what could it be?

sore breast: Could be an infection. Irritation around nipple can occur with excercise and poor fitting bra or other clothing or injury during sexual activity or other. If it is infection you will need to see your doctor for treatment.
