3.5yr old with small fiber neuropathy, high b12, food allergies, normal blood work... What could be the cause? ..Metal exp? Lyme? Guillian barre?

Need more info: Without the ability to examine and have access to all medical history it is impossible to diagnose. See a pediatric neurologist and hope your baby is better soon.
