Mechanical: Your uterus is now large enough that your abdomen is "crowded" a bit, and your get full much quicker. You still need to eat adequate calories, so small good meals more frequently may help. If you're losing weight or not gaining, see your ob/gyn.

Abdomen is full: This would be a question to address with your ob-gyn, who knows you much better than we on healthtap do. Please don't delay. Sometimes increasing uterine fundal height can compress other abdominal organs, so that only smaller meals are tolerated. Still, getting good nutrition is important for you and your baby now.
