after 7 weeks in full arm cast my elbow is very stiff. will i regain full extension within time?

Probably: @ your age u should be able to regain full motion after physical therapy. I assume the cast was on for a fx . Of the elbow... Occasionally a splint ( dynasplint) may be necessary to help regain extension in tough cases. Good luck!
