besides a brain tumur, bleed and stroke what else can show up on a mri that causes severe headaches?

Many: Lot of other causes can cause headaches that do not show up on mri. Need to see a doctor. Before you do that make a journal of what you eat and your sleep hours and headache patters and take it to doctor.

other things: Here are a few others i can think of--hydrocephalus, brain infections, vascular malformations, congenital malformations (chiari, etc.), sinus problems, spinal fluid leak, fractures, sinus thrombosis, certain demyelinating processes, vasculitis, certain toxicities. Hope that helps.
