after a long day at work my feet get pretty painful cramps between the second and third toe. is there anything i can do to prevent the cramping?

cramping: This is usually an overuse syndrome and can be associated with contracted toes, excess pronation, enlarged bones or malformation of the bones , malinsertion of the intrinsic muscles of the foot, even dehydration. See your podiatrist for assistance.

Try wearing: Rich supports and see if that makes a difference. Consider magnesium supplements if that doesn't help.
