Decrease stress: Crohn's disease, low vit d and low platelets are related. Auto-immune disorders are helped l by lowering stress which decreases free cadmium. Taking vit d 3 up to 10, 000 units a day, vit k2 100 mcg a day and avoiding dairy, wheat, sugar, processed oils, and consuming organic plant food using anti-inflammatory grains like quinoa to keep blood sugar stable through the day helps.
