Which PPP?: Not sure which ppp you are referring to - n medicine, this can be about 2 dozen different things from postpartum psychosis to pearly penile pustules and about 2 dozen other acronyms. Please spell it out for me - i'm not as lingo savy as others!

I think acronyms are pretty individual sometimes -- hard to translate unless you happen to be the individual who created them. :-)
