MS symptoms: Multiple sclerosis can cause a host of symptoms, including cold hands and feet. However, there are other causes of these symptoms as well such as Raynaud's Phenomenon/disease and sometimes it just happens and there is not a problem causing it! You should visit your primary care physician to discuss these symptoms.

Cold feet and hands: Pernio is caused by exposure to cold for a long period of time without freezing or by very wet conditions. Raynauds syndrome is an abnormal narrowing of the blood vessels with cooling of the fingers or toes. Cryoglobulins are proteins, which are normally dissolved in the blood, that become solids or gels when cold. These are some causes of cold hands and feet.

Raynaud's?: Raynaud's is a common reason why this can occur. If this is the reason why your hands and feet are cold you would have to be cautious when going out in cold weather as you are more susceptible to frostbite or childbains.

Common sensation.: But usually nothing is found. The things we worry about are circulatory and nerve problems. Rarely is this a presenting problem of endocrine or rheumatologic disease. To be honest the VAST majority of patients with this complaint have no significant finding to suggest anything wrong with them.
