Pain.: Cataflam is the potassium salt5 of diclofenac. It works more rapidly than diclofenac sodium, because it is more quickly absorbed.

Not really.: It does cross the blood brain barrier, and in older patients may cause hallucinations. However, the vast majority, if a CNS issue is noted, it is lightheadedness. I have neverheard of it being a euphoriant.
