what wud happen if you inject 25 units of air into a persons stomach?

Nothing: I am not totally sure what you call 'units' but if this is a normal measure like 25 cc on a syringe, there is no harm at all. In fact many swallow this much air and more during normal activity and eating. The body can handle this with no problem.
