I have a cpap and take restoril (temazepam). have tried other sleep aids but still wake up 6 to 10 times a night. what else can i do to sleep more soundly?

Need further eval: It sounds like you need to see your sleep medicine doctor again, because something isn't working for you. Do you have restless legs in addition to sleep apnea? Is your depression being treated? I suggest revisiting your sleep doctor first.
