Manage stress with: E-a-s-e. 1)eliminate the stressor from your life (be assertive; delegate; take breaks ; vacations) 2)alter the impact of the stressor (problem solving; time management; social/group action); 3)shift your outlook (reduce unrealistic expectations, irrational beliefs ; negative self-talk); ; 4) ease your response (relaxation, exercise ; good nutrition).
