Likely pregnant : Most likely she is pregnant. Is she has regular cycles and is now late for this one and has had a positive test the result is pretty conclusive. Very high positive predictive value to the test. A blood test for a quantitative HCG level would also give definitive reassurance of pregnancy. Check with your doctor and get started taking prenatal vitamins.
