negative pregnancy test, nausea, fatigue, late period. period was dark with no cramps then a second period with normal color. what happened?

Seems you are normal: It seems you are back to normal and there does not seem to be any problem, as you are not pregnant, you had normal period and no cramps.Whatever it was has resolved but if happens again get it checked.
